Through her years of coaching & background in NLP, Bridgette helps rewire limiting stories around confidence, visibility and identity. Styling then becomes a visible anchor for these new beliefs.

Bridgette is a qualified stylist, with a strong background in editorial and personal styling. She works with woman cultivate feminine embodiment. Styling the physical body is more than aesthetics. It’s about supporting oyu to feel at home in your body, to move with confidence, and to embody the version of yourself you are stepping into.
Emotional
As a master practitioner in NLP (Neurolinguistics programming) & a Reiki practitioner Bridgette has a strong understanding of the emotional body and how it shapes confidence, self expression and the way we move through the world. Fashion becomes a tool for emotional alignment. The pieces we we choose cam regulate your Nervous sytem, shift your state and help embody the version of yourself you’re becoming.
